Logo Digitizing (One‑Time Setup Fee)
Before your logo can be embroidered, it must be converted into a stitch‑ready embroidery file. This process is called digitizing, and it tells the machine exactly how to stitch your design — the angles, density, thread changes, and layout.
If you already have a .PES embroidery file, no digitizing fee applies.
If you do not have a .PES file, your logo will be professionally digitized. This process takes 1–2 business days, and once complete, we will sew out a sample for your approval before stitching any items.
Digitizing is a one‑time fee. Once your logo is digitized, we keep it on file for all future orders.
