Returns and Order Concerns

All sales are final. Threadz Embroidery does not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including personalized items, custom orders, and gift cards.

If you have questions or concerns about your order, please email threadzembroidery25@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please include photos so I can review the issue and work with you to make it right.
