If your logo needs digitizing, I’ll arrange to have it converted into an embroidery file. I’ll confirm the setup fee and provide a sample sew-out for your approval before stitching your items.
Stitch Your Order
Once your design details are approved and your items are ready, I’ll embroider your order using the agreed thread colors and placement.
Check the Finished Pieces
I inspect the embroidery, check placement, and trim loose threads before packaging your finished order.
Pickup or Shipping
I’ll let you know when your order is ready. Local pickup in Lebanon, Tennessee is by appointment, and USA shipping can be arranged when placing your order.

Can I supply my own design?
Yes! Email your design or logo to threadzembroidery25@gmail.com so I can review whether it will work for embroidery. PNG, JPG, and PDF files are welcome. If you have an existing .PES embroidery file, send that too. Designs that need digitizing will have a setup fee, which I’ll confirm before you approve your order.
How long does an order take?
Website orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing before shipping. Custom embroidery turnaround depends on the quantity, design complexity, and whether digitizing is needed. I’ll confirm an estimated timeline with your quote. Shipping time is additional. If you need your order by a specific date, contact me before ordering.
Is there a minimum quantity?
No—there’s no minimum order quantity. Whether you need one personalized item or embroidery for your business, I’m happy to review your request. Any required digitizing fee is separate from the embroidery price.
Can I get a sample before placing a large order?
